By downloading, installing, or using LittleLog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
LittleLog is a comprehensive baby tracking application for iOS that helps parents monitor their child's feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, growth milestones, and health records. All data is stored locally on the user's device.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of LittleLog for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Privacy and Data
LittleLog is designed with privacy as its core principle. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: LittleLog is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding your child's health and development.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the App
- Regularly backing up your data to prevent loss
- Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Seeking professional medical advice when needed
Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate tracking features, the App relies on user input for data entry. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users. Always verify important information with your healthcare provider.
Disclaimer
The materials within LittleLog are provided on an 'as is' basis. LittleLog makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall LittleLog or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if LittleLog or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Data Export
The App provides functionality to export your data as PDF reports. You are responsible for the security and privacy of any exported data. We recommend keeping exported files secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.
Updates and Modifications
LittleLog may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms.
Termination
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by LittleLog at any time. Upon terminating your use of the App, you should ensure you have backed up any important data before uninstalling.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
